Be prepared to take action
Some signs you may be having electrical issues that need to be dealt with, can be as simple as lights that flicker badly, Lights or Receptacles that work for a while then quit working, only to come back on later. This is usally a sign of loose connections heating the wires to the point they quit making good contact, then when they cool, they make the electrical connection again, this is a possible cause of some fires.
